The company faces significant challenges in securing data and information due to its high vulnerability to data theft. The design of an information technology governance framework is necessary to prevent threats to the security of the company's data and information, given the high risk of such incidents. Therefore, an appropriate governance framework is required. In this case, the COBIT 2019 framework is used to support effective and secure information technology management. The aim is to ensure the security of data and information while delivering the highest quality of service to clients. The research methodology employed is qualitative, involving direct interviews with company representatives. The results of the study will present ten design factors along with design recommendations that the company can implement.
