<![CDATA[Teenagers who used to be very attached to the family system, cultural customs and existing customary values, are now experiencing erosion caused by rapid urbanization and industrialization, this is also followed by a media revolution that is open to various lifestyles and career choices. These various things have resulted in increased vulnerability of adolescents to various diseases, especially those related to premarital, sexual and reproductive sexual health, including the increasing threat of HIV/AIDS. Method: Empowerment of Adolescent Behavior about reproductive health in premarital sex. Results: Participants in this activity amounted to 25 teenagers in Ladang Bambu sub-district, Medan Tuntungan district. Based on the results of a survey conducted on March 12, 2025 in Ladang Bambu Village, Medan Tuntungan District.
