Many mothers do not know the importance of toddlers attending posyandu, which they fear will have an impact on the growth and development of toddlers. This research aims to determine the effect of health education on the knowledge of mothers of toddlers about Posyandu in the working area of the Bandar Khalifah Community Health Center in 2024. This research is an experimental research with a one-group pretest-posttest design approach. This research was carried out from January 8 2024 to January 31 2024. The population was 215 people. Sampling used accidental sampling with a total sample of 32 people. The research results showed that the majority of mothers' knowledge about posyandu before being given health education in the working area of Bandar Khalifah Community Health Center in 2024 was sufficient and the majority of mothers' knowledge about posyandu before being given health education in the working area of Bandar Khalifah Community Health Center in 2024 was good. Based on the results of the paired sample t-test, it was found that the p value = 0.001
