<![CDATA[Background: Adolescence is a transition period or transition from childhood to adulthood which is characterized by changes both physical and psychic. Physical changes appear more obvious, the body develops rapidly, reaching the shape of the adult body accompanied by the development of reproductive capacity. One of the characteristics marking female puberty is menstruation which is usually experienced by women aged 10 years, But it can also be slower, during menstruation the blood that comes out is blood due to the decay of the uterine wall. Objective: This study aims to determine the Comparison of Green Coconut Water with Coconut Turmeric Herb to Reduce Menstrual Pain in Adolescents at SMP Negeri 02 Panyabungan Tahun 2025 . Method: The type of research used is quasy experimental research. The population in the study was adolescent girls at SMP Negeri 02 Panyabungan The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a sample size of 40 people. Data Collection The activity research instrument collects questionnaire sheets with the guidance of the Numeric Rating Scale (NRS) pain scale to determine respondents in experiencing menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea). Data analysis using the Wilcoxon-test with a significant level of p<0.05). Results: The results of the analysis show that there is an influence with the value of P = 0.000 where P = <0.05. Conclusion: It is suggested that this study can be used in providing nursing care in the production system by providing complementary nursing that recommends green coconut water with sour turmeric herb as an alternative to menstrual pain management. Or for teenagers who experience dysmenorrhea before using anti-pain drugs, you should use non-pharmacological treatments, one of which is with green coconut water with sour turmeric herb.]]>
