This Research aimed to explore the impact of transformational and transactional leadership styles on fostering employee voice, subsequently influencing employee creativity. Additionally, it sought to evaluate the direct influence of these leadership styles on employee voice. Data were gathered through surveys conducted among professional employees and their supervisors, comprising 103 employees of State Electricity Company (PLN) in Indonesia. A two-step approach utilizing Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) was employed to analyze the direct relationships among the variables. The results indicate a significant direct effect of transformational and transactional leadership styles on employee voice. Furthermore, the study substantiated the positive and noteworthy direct effects of transformational leadership, transactional leadership, and employee voice on enhancing employee creativity. The findings underscore the importance of both transformational and transactional leadership in empowering employees to express their opinions and ideas, ultimately fostering a conducive environment for creativity within the organization. These insights can serve as a guide for organizational leaders and managers in effectively leveraging leadership styles to promote employee engagement and creativity.
