Background: Pregnancy is a physiological condition that can be accompanied by pathological processes that threaten the condition of the mother and fetus. About 15% of pregnant women suffer from serious complications, of which one third is preeclampsia. In normal situations, maternal and neonatal deaths in Indonesia are still a big challenge, especially during disaster situations. Currently, Indonesia is facing the non-natural national disaster COVID-19 so that maternal and neonatal health services are one of the services affected, both in terms of access and quality. It is feared that this will cause an increase in maternal and newborn morbidity and mortality. The results of a preliminary study at Posyandu Jayalaksana, every month there is an activity at Posyandu, namely weighing of toddlers by health workers from PKM.4 ulu, but some mothers said that they had never heard about Pre-Eclampsia. This research aims to determine mothers' knowledge about Eclampsia during the new normal Covid.19 period at Posyandu Jayalaksana, Subdistrict 3-4 Ulu, Palembang City. Methods: This study design used descriptive with an observational method. In this study samples were taken using the alovin formula. There were 50 respondents who were willing to take part in this research. The data collection instrument uses a structured questionnaire with interview guidelines. Results: The results of this research showed that the majority of respondents were over 30 years old. Most of the respondents were at elementary school education level. All respondents in this study did not work or were housewives. Conclusion: Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the majority of respondents have sufficient knowledge and have good attitudes.
