This study aims to enhance digital legal literacy among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Desa Baharu Utara through legal education on electronic contracts. The rapid development of digital technology has transformed business practices, yet many MSMEs lack understanding of the legal aspects of electronic contracts, which exposes them to potential risks. This research employs a participatory approach, combining workshops, focus group discussions, and practical training to educate MSMEs about the principles, validity, and enforcement of electronic contracts. The results indicate a significant improvement in participants' understanding of electronic contracts, including their ability to draft and review such agreements.
