<![CDATA[This community service program aims to improve the scientific writing skills of madrasah teachers through training in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology. The background of this activity is the low quality of teacher assistance for students participating in the Madrasah Young Researchers Supercamp (MYRES), mainly due to limited understanding of scientific writing and AI technology. The training was conducted at MTsN 2 Jombang using pedagogical and andragogical approaches, with materials covering the structure of research proposals and reports using ChatGPT, Grammarly, and Mendeley. The results showed a significant improvement in teachers’ ability to draft research proposals and reports, provide strong arguments, present findings, and utilize AI tools in academic activities. Despite challenges such as time constraints and limited facilities, the training remained effective. This program has positively contributed to fostering a research culture and technological literacy within the madrasah environment, and has prepared teachers to guide students for the upcoming MYRES 2025.]]>
