<![CDATA[Metabolic disease is a health problem that can be prevented early through health screening. This community service activity aims to educate the community about metabolic disease and early detection by conducting blood glucose, cholesterol, and uric acid tests on the community. The activity was carried out at the Office of the Food Crops and Horticulture Service of Pesawaran Regency using the POCT (Point of Care Testing) method. A total of 109 individuals participated in the screening. The results of the examination showed that the majority of people who participated in the activity were adult women. As many as 30% of participants had high blood sugar levels, 52% had high uric acid levels, and 45% had high cholesterol levels. The results of this examination indicate that the adult age group is susceptible to metabolic disorders. Follow-up in the form of further education and routine examinations is expected to encourage the community to be more proactive in maintaining their metabolic health.
