TeFa Creative Engineering seeks to design a simple online marketing application that makes it easy for users to shop online for TeFa Creative Engineering products. The implementation of TeFa digitalization on the WhatsApp Business AutoResponse-based ordering and sales system shows a user satisfaction level of 90.5%, while those who expressed dissatisfaction were 9.5% with a total of 21 respondents.
