AHP is a method for selecting priorities by way of weighting between variables and sub-variables. The purpose of this study was to get a job priorities PT. Z which is engaged in the construction field. PT. Z has some kind of work such as bridges, buildings, roads, EPC, the normalization of the river and dock. The work has a variable, namely finance, the level of difficulty and the owner. These variables to be incorporated into the matrix of pairwise comparison, and will be paired comparisons. Not only variables, sub-variables and the type of work will also be done pairwise comparison, then calculated the weight of the final work. Weights highest end is a priority job to PT. Z.
