This writing has the purpose to improve the ongoing implementation of 5S at CV Abe Seika. The improvement was carried out due to the ineffective implementation of 5S. Furthermore, this was intended to make the 5S work culture within the production process area more efficient, as well as to document it in order to enable continuous improvement. 5S audit data is presented in this writing. The documentation data before and after the ongoing 5S improvement serves as a reference for the enhancement process. Conclusions were drawn based on the results of an audit carried out by the company after improvements and showed a score above 65% in accordance with company regulations.
