Abstract

PT Toyota Tsusho Logistic Center is a logistics company engaged in the warehousing business that provides warehouse management services that was established in July 1995, located in the MM2100 Cibitung MM2100 Industrial Town, Bekasi Regency, West Java. The mobile work flow purchase order information system for packing material is an information system that is useful to simplify and shorten the time of the purchasing division in the process of making purchase order documents which currently runs there is often a delay in issuing them because the purchasing department will recalculate the amount of packing material to be ordered to the supplier to ensure the amount is the same as that given by the warehouse section. The mobile work flow purchase order information system can monitor work progress in making purchase orders until they are sent to suppliers. Mobile work flow purchase order information system for packing material is made with three access rights, namely warehouse, purchasing and supervisor. Warehouse access can make a request order to purchasing by inputting data on the goods and the quantity of goods to be ordered. Request orders that have been made by the warehouse can be seen through the system from the request order submitted until the purchase order has been approved by the supervisor. The purchasing division, which has received request order data from the warehouse division, can create purchase orders. Purchasing can also see the progress status of purchase orders that have been made through the system. Purchase orders that have been created by purchasing will automatically be seen in the supervisor's access for approval. Purchase orders that have been approved by the supervisor can be printed by purchasing and will be sent to suppliers via email. The programming uses java language.
