The volunteer da'wah program to minority areas by Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah plays a very important role in spreading religious values, especially in Islam. The purpose of this study is to identify how the management is carried out by Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah in the volunteer da'wah program to minority areas. By using qualitative research methods accompanied by a descriptive approach. The findings of this exploration follow the role of management designed by the administrators of Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah, the role of da'i and the da'wah method used in da'wah to minority areas. To show that the structured management carried out by Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah plays a very important role in the success of the da'wah program to minority areas. The role of the administrators and da'i sent to minority areas also greatly influences the smooth running of the volunteer da'wah program to minority areas by Al Jam'iyatul Washliyah.
