<![CDATA[Berdasaran hasil penelitian arkeologi yang telah dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak baik oleh peneliti dari Indonesia maupun peneliti asing telah memperlihatkan hasil yang sangat signifikan terutama tentang lukisan gua. Balai Arkeologi Makassar telah mengidentifikasi berbagai situs gua yang mempunyai lukisan/gambar pada gua dan ceruk, persebarannya mencakup dua provinsi yaitu Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan dan Provinsi Sulawesi Tenggara. Dari hasil identifikasi ini pula ditemukan adanya kerusakan-kerusakan lukisan/gambar pada gua-ceruk yang cukup memprihatinkan disebabkan berbagai faktor antara lain faktor lingkungan, manusia, dan faktor alam. Based on the results of archaeological research has been done by various parties, both from researchers from the Indonesian and foreign researchers has shown very significant results, especially about the cave paintings. Institute for Archaeology Makassar has identified various sites that have cave paintings/drawings on caves and niches, spreading includes two provinces namely South Sulawesi province and the province of Southeast Sulawesi. From the results of this identification also found the existence of defects in lukisam/pictures on cave-niches that are quite apprehensive due to various factors including environmental factors, human and natural factors.]]>
