Di tengah-tengah persaingan yang semakin kompetitif pada era pasar bebas Asian atau Asean Economi Community (AEC) 2015, dan mulai berlakunya CAFTA (China – ASEAN Free Trade Area) atau adanya kerjasama pasar bebas antara China dan negara–negara Asean, memacu perkembangan perindustrian di kawasan Asia Tenggara termasuk Indonesia. Peran lembaga kursus dan pelatihan (LKP) sangat diperlukan dalam memenuhi animo masyarakat untuk mendapatkan keterampilan yang kompeten. LKP harus mampu mempertahankan eksistensinya melalui penjaminan mutu dan mengembangkan strategi kemitraan yang digunakan untuk mampu menembus pasar tenaga kerja dalam program jangka panjang. Pemerintah mengimplementasikan berbagai kebijakan agar mutu lembaga kursus dan pelatihan terjamin, diantaranya: LKP harus mempunyai (1) Nilek Online, (2) Ter-Akreditasi, (3) Mempunyai Kinerja Lembaga dan pada Penjaminan mutu proses, lembaga kursus dan pelatihan harus menerapkan standar kurikulum dengan memakai: standar kompetensi Kerja Nasional Indonesia (SKKNI), Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL), dan kurikulum berbasis Kompetensi (KBK) dan dijabarkan menjadi Bahan Ajar. Pengem-bangan strategi kemitraan yang digunakan untuk mampu menembus pasar tenaga kerja, dalam kerja sama dunia usaha dan industri (DUDI), antara lain Kerja sama dalam menyusun kurikulum kursus, pengajaran peserta didik, on the job training dan penempatan lulusan LKP ke dunia usaha dunia industri (DUDI). Kata Kunci: Lembaga Kursus dan Pelatihan, Penjaminan mutu, Kemitraan dan Dunia Usaha dan Dunia Industri (DUDI) Abstract In the midst of growing competition that increasingly competitive in era of free market Asian or Asean Economic Community (AEC) in 2015, and the implementation of CAFTA (China - ASEAN Free Trade Area) or co-operation of the free market between China and ASEAN countries, stimulate the development of industry in the Southeast Asia region, including Indonesia. The role of the courses and training institution (CTI) is necessary to meet the public interest to acquire the competence of skills. CTI should be able to maintain its existence through quality assurance and develop a partnership strategy used to be able to penetrate the labor market in the long-term program. Government implements various policies for the quality of courses and training institutions is assured, including : CTI must have (1) Online Nilek, (2) accredited, (3) Having the Performance Institute and quality assurance of processes, CTI courses and training institutions should implement curriculum standards, by using: Indonesia's National Work Competence Standards (INWCS), Graduate Competency Standards (GCS), and competency based curriculum (CBC) and translated into Teaching Material. Developing a partnership strategy used to be able to penetrate the labor market, cooperation world of business and industry (WBI), including, cooperation in developing the course curriculum, in teaching learners, on the job training and placement of graduates into world of business and industry (WBI).
