Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan memberikan usulan perbaikan terhadap beban kerja mental pada operator mixing di PT Cosmotech Multi Mandiri. Beban kerja mental diukur menggunakan metode NASA-TLX secara subjektif. Data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara dan kuesioner terhadap sembilan operator mixing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beban kerja mental operator mixing tergolong tinggi hingga sangat tinggi, dengan faktor Own Performance dan Effort menjadi kontributor utama. Penelitian ini memberikan usulan perbaikan yang difokuskan pada peningkatan performa kerja dan pengurangan usaha yang diperlukan operator untuk mengurangi beban kerja mental. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan melakukanstudi lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi bagi perusahaan dalam menjaga kualitas kerja karyawan dengan menyeimbangkan beban kerja yang diberikan. Kata kunci: Beban Kerja Mental, NASA-TLX, Operator Mixing This study aims to analyze and provide suggestions for improvements to the mental workload of mixing operators at PT Cosmotech Multi Mandiri. Mental workload is measured using the NASA-TLX method subjectively. Primary data was obtained through interviews and questionnaires to nine mixing operators. The results showed that the mental workload of mixing operators was classified as high to very high, with the Own Performance and Effort factors being the main contributors. This research provides suggestions for improvement focused on improving work performance and reducing the effort required by operators to reduce mental workload. This research uses qualitative research methods by conducting field studies. The results of this study are expected to contribute to the company in maintaining the quality of employee work by balancing the workload given. Keywords: Mental Workload, NASA-TLX, Mixing Operator
