This study aims to analyze the role of leadership motivation in improving the performance of members of the Gegana Detachment of the Mobile Brigade Unit of the Central Sulawesi Regional Police. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation involving five informants. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that leadership motivation plays a significant role in enhancing members' performance through inspiration, encouragement, fostering sincerity in work, and professional development. Leaders who actively engage in the field, provide recognition, and create a positive work environment can strengthen members' dedication and loyalty. A humanistic and appreciative leadership approach contributes to increased discipline, work effectiveness, and readiness in handling high-intensity tasks. This study confirms that inspirational leadership and appropriate motivational strategies contribute to creating a productive and professional work environment.
