<![CDATA[This study examines the resolution of a business dispute between PT. Menara Hasil Jaya and PT. Sumber Alam Cemerlang based on Civil Decision Number 76/Pdt.G/2020/PN.Smr, which has permanent legal force. The primary focus of this research is to analyze the litigation process undertaken by both companies, including the obstacles faced in executing the judgment. The research method employed is normative legal research with a case approach, involving the analysis of legal documents and interviews with relevant parties. The findings reveal that although PT. Menara Hasil Jaya won the case, the execution process encountered significant challenges, such as the limited assets available for execution and overlapping executions with other cases. This study emphasizes the importance of transparency in asset management and the need for alternative dispute resolution, such as arbitration, to enhance efficiency and legal certainty in the business world. These findings are expected to contribute to the development of legal science and the practice of dispute resolution in Indonesia.]]>
