Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk menganaliisis bagaimana penerapan kinerja kepolisian yang baik dalam pelayanan publik pada Kantor Polres Jeneponto dan upaya dalam menciptakan kinerja pegawai dalam pelayanan publik secara pemerintahan yang baik pada Kantor Polres Jeneponto. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer melalui wawacara berdasarkan pedoman wawancara dari 4 informan dari masyarakat Jeneponto sebagai informan penelitian untuk wawancara, survei dilakukan selama 2 (dua) bulan yaitu Mei s.d Juni 2024. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaparansi yang didukung dengan akuntablitas birokrasi reformasi melalui good governance bisa diwujudkan bila adanya sarana yang menjamin tercapainya suatu tujuan setiap kebijakan yang dirumuskan dan fasilitas pelayanan yang kurang memadai ini di sebabkan kerena keterbatasan dana, sehingga anggota agak kesulitan dalam menlaksanakan pelayanan, saat ini anggota hanya memanfaatkan fasilitas yang ada dalam melaksanakan tugas pelayanan. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) analyzing how good police performance is implemented in public services at the Jeneponto Police Office, (2) How efforts are made to create employee performance in public services in a good governance manner at the Jeneponto Police Office. This research uses primary data through interviews based on interview guidelines from 4 informants from the Jeneponto community as research informants for interviews. The survey was conducted for 2 (two) months start from May to June 2024. The data was analyzed using qualitative analysis. The research results showed that transparency supported by reform bureaucratic accountability through good governance can be realized if there are facilities that guarantee the achievement of a goal for each policy formulated and inadequate service facilities are caused by limited funds, so that members have some difficulty in implementing services, when Members only use existing facilities to carry out service tasks.
