ANGKA KEJADIAN KOMPLIKASI PASCA OPERASI TURP (Transurethral Resection Of The Prostate) PADA PASIEN BPH DI RSPAL Dr. RAMELAN SURABAYA PADA TAHUN 2021-2023

Abstrak Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia (BPH) merupakan suatu masalah kesehatan yang terjadi pada pria dengan prevalensi kejadian yang cukup tinggi di dunia yaitu mencapai 2.4 juta jiwa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan profil komplikasi pasca operasi Transurethal Resection Of The Prostate (TURP) pada pasien BPH di RSPAL dr. Ramelan Surabaya. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang bersifat retrospektif di RSPAL dr Ramelan pada periode Januari 2021 sampai dengan September 2023. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan data sekunder dari rekam medis sesuai kriteria inklusi, dilakukan pada bulan Oktober sampai dengan September 2023 dengan total 127 kasus. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan komplikasi yang sering muncul pada pasien pasca operasi TURP di RSPAL dr. Ramelan Surabaya periode 2021 sampai dengan 2023 berturut-turut yaitu retensi urin sebanyak 24,49%, Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) sebanyak 24,49%, hematuria sebanyak 18,37%, serta komplikasi lainnya sebanyak 32,65%. Kelompok usia terbanyak yaitu >71 tahun (41.4 %) disusul dengan kelompok usia antara 61-70 tahun (27.6 %) dan kelompok usia antara 51-60 tahun (27.6 %). Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini adalah angka kejadian komplikasi pasca operasi TURP pada pasien berusia di atas 71 tahun paling banyak mengalami UTI dan Retensi Urin yaitu 8 orang (0,06%) serta Striktur pada 4 orang (0,03%). Sedangkan angka kejadian komplikasi pasca operasi TURP terbanyak dengan penyakit penyerta Diabetes Militus dan Hipertensi yaitu UTI dan Retensi Urin, masing masing pada 6 orang (0.05%). This study aims to describe the profile of complications after Transurethral Resection of the Prostate (TURP) surgery in BPH patients at Dr. Ramelan Surabaya Army Hospital. This is a quantitative descriptive retrospective study conducted at Dr. Ramelan Surabaya Army Hospital start from January 2021 to September 2023. Data collection was done using secondary data from medical records based on inclusion criteria, carried out in September to October 2023, with a total of 127 cases. Data were analyzed univariately and presented in tables and graphs. The results of the study showed that the most common complications in pasca-TURP surgery patients at Dr. Ramelan Surabaya Army Hospital from 2021 to 2023 were urinary retention (24.49%), Urinary Tract Infections (UTI) (24.49%), hematuria (18.37%), and other complications (32.65%). The majority of patients were in the age group >71 years (41.4%), followed by the age group 61-70 years (27.6%), and the age group 51-60 years (27.6%). The conclusion of this study is that the patients experiencing the most complications post TURP surgery are those aged over 71 years, with the most common complications being UTI and urinary retention, each occurring in 0.06% and the most common complications post TURP surgery in patients with various accompanying diseases such as Diabetes Mellitus, Hypertension, Dyslipidemia, Heart Failure and COPD are UTI and urinary retention.
