Ability is the capacity of an individual to perform various tasks in a job. Capacity could be talents and interests owned by employees, with the ability of its employees to carry out and complete the task well with maximum results. Selaian ability, learning provided to employees should always be done, it is to increase the power of thought so that employees can work optimally. Besides ongoing monitoring is also done as needed to complete the task and the employee's job or an employee in accordance with the established plan and desired by the supervisor that the leadership. The sample in this study are as many as 93 people using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that variable ability to have a significant effect on employee performance. Likewise with learning variables that significantly influence employee performance. While monitoring the variable has no significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously variable ability, learning and monitoring significant effect on employee performance. Employee performance variable (Y) is affected by the variable X1 (ability), variable X2 (learning) and variable X3 (supervision) jointly by 31.6% and the balance of 68.4% is determined by other variables outside the research contributions
