Abstract

The purpose of this study: 1). To determine and analyze the effect of compensation on employee performance, 2). To determine and analyze the effect of work environment on employee performance. This study is quantitative with a population of all employees of PT. Hansoll Indo Java totaling 91 people, The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested in advance and tested for validity and reliability. The analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1). Compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
