Education on balanced nutrition and healthy eating among young children is essential to support their physical and mental development. Balanced nutrition includes providing nutrients that meet daily needs with attention to food diversity. The role of parents in creating a healthy diet is very important, including in managing food presentation and consumption. This study aimed to assess the effectiveness of a nutrition education program through workshops held at RA Bakti Telang, Telang Indah Kamal Village. The program involved 85 children aged 4-6 years and 6 teachers, with interactive learning methods that included the use of posters, popup books and educational games. Analysis of the results showed that the children had an increased understanding of healthy food, with the highest scores reflecting excellent understanding. This activity not only raised awareness about the importance of nutrition, but also strengthened cooperation between parents and teachers in shaping healthy eating habits. Thus, the workshop proved effective in improving children's knowledge and positive attitudes towards nutritious food.
