<![CDATA[The main problem in this study lies in the existence of an uncomfortable work environment, this is characterized by less harmonious relationships between employees, suboptimal internal communication, and inequality of interaction between civil servants and non-civil servants. In addition, problems arise in the aspect of work discipline, there is inconsistency in the application of work discipline rules, which creates the impression of injustice and has the potential to reduce the enthusiasm and responsibility of employees. This study aims to analyze and prove the effect of work environment and work discipline simultaneously on employee performance at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of East Kalimantan Province. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques, using the help of SPSS software version 27. The analysis used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that (1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and (3) work environment and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Service Office (DPMPTSP) of East Kalimantan Province.]]>
