The purpose of this study is to analyze the management of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) curriculum in the Early Childhood Education Study Program (PIAUD) at IAIN Pontianak. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach. The participants in this study consisted of 5 individuals, including dean, lecture and college student, with ages ranging from 23 to 58 years old. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, Focus Group Discussions (FGD), and document analysis related to the management of the MBKM curriculum. The findings of this study reveal the following: First, the PIAUD program at IAIN Pontianak plans its curriculum with a focus on the Graduate Learning Outcomes (CPL). Second, the MBKM curriculum provides flexibility for students in selecting courses and activities, with assignments that link theory and practice. Third, lecturers provide guidance and constructive feedback to develop students' skills. Fourth, an intensive monitoring system is implemented to ensure students' progress. The conclusion of this study is that the MBKM curriculum in the PIAUD program at IAIN Pontianak focuses on direct practical experience to enhance students' pedagogical skills. The implication of this study is the need for increased collaboration with industry partners and the strengthening of technology in learning to prepare students for challenges in the workforce.
