Educational supervision is a crucial element in school management that functions to improve teacher competence and learning quality. MTs Mambaul Ulum faces a number of challenges, one of which is weak monitoring of learning. This study aims to reveal the educational supervision strategy applied at MTs Mambaul Ulum Paiton in order to improve the quality of learning. The method used is a qualitative approach of case study type with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews and participant observation. The research informants included principals, supervisors, teachers and students who were selected purposively. Data analysis was conducted through stages consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that the educational supervision strategy at MTs Mambaul Ulum Paiton is implemented systematically through three main stages: planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation. This supervision has an impact on improving teacher competence in student-centered learning. In addition, student motivation and learning outcomes also showed a significant increase after the implementation of supervision. Educational supervision is proven to be an effective strategy in improving the quality of learning in schools.
