This study aims to analyze the effect of integrating Augmented Reality (AR) media based on Assemblr Edu with the Project-Based Learning (PjBL) model on science learning, specifically the solar system topic in elementary school. The abstract nature of solar system concepts requires a meaningful and interactive visual approach to enhance students' comprehension. This research employed a quantitative method using a quasi- experimental design involving two groups of sixth-grade students at SDN Kebon Baru 4 Kota Cirebon: an experimental group (utilizing AR and PjBL) and a control group (conventional methods). The findings indicate that the integration of AR media and the PjBL model significantly improved students’ conceptual understanding, learning motivation, collaborative skills, and critical thinking. The three-dimensional visualizations provided by AR facilitated comprehension of planetary positions and characteristics, while the project-based learning approach encouraged active student engagement. Therefore, combining AR and PjBL presents an innovative instructional strategy that aligns with the goals of the Merdeka Curriculum in primary education.
