<![CDATA[One form and practice of gambling that exists in society today is cockfighting. The practice of cockfighting gambling (as a social pathology) has become endemic in Indonesia, including in the village of Warga Tunggal Jaya, Banjar Agung District, Tulang Bawang Regency. People who gamble cockfighting have a low level of compliance with laws and social norms so that they are easily motivated to violate existing legal rules and social norms. This type of research is field research, which relies on existing data in the location or research object. The nature of this research is descriptive qualitative. The data obtained from various sources are then processed and analyzed in an objective and in-depth manner to draw conclusions. The factors underlying the cockfighting gambling still exist there, including the low economy, the environment in which they live or socialize, the factor of curiosity or learning, and the lack of understanding of religion. The impact of the implementation of cockfighting gambling there is, first, the economic impact, which is felt by the decreasing economy. Second, the social impact, namely disrupting the social life of the community as a result of the increasing crimes committed by perpetrators of cockfighting. Third, the psychological impact, namely when the perpetrator loses in a cockfighting gambling who is severely depressed.]]>
