<![CDATA[Kemajuan teknologi telah mendorong kebutuhan firma hukum untuk memiliki website yang responsif, user-friendly, dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan klien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang UI/UX website Vereditas Law Firm menggunakan metode Double Diamond, yang terdiri dari empat tahap: Discover, Define, Develop, dan Deliver. Tahap Discover dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam terhadap lima pengguna layanan firma hukum untuk memahami kebutuhan dan pain points. Tahap Define merumuskan masalah utama dan peluang solusi. Pada tahap Develop, ide-ide solusi diwujudkan melalui pembuatan user flow dan wireframe. Tahap Deliver menghasilkan high-fidelity prototype yang diuji menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Hasil pengujian menunjukkan skor usability sebesar 78,5, mengindikasikan bahwa website yang dirancang memiliki tingkat kemudahan penggunaan yang tinggi. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode Double Diamond efektif dalam mengembangkan desain website firma hukum yang responsif, intuitif, dan mampu meningkatkan pengalaman serta kepuasan pengguna. Technological advancements have driven the need for law firms to have responsive, user-friendly websites that meet client expectations. This study aims to design the UI/UX for the Vereditas Law Firm website using the Double Diamond method, consisting of four phases: Discover, Define, Develop, and Deliver. The Discover phase involved conducting in-depth interviews with five users of legal service websites to identify needs and pain points. The Define phase formulated the core problems and solution opportunities. During the Develop phase, solution ideas were visualized through user flows and wireframes. The Deliver phase produced a high-fidelity prototype, evaluated using the System Usability Scale (SUS) method. The usability testing resulted in a score of 78.5, indicating a high level of ease of use. This study demonstrates that applying the Double Diamond method is effective in developing a responsive, intuitive law firm website that enhances user experience and satisfaction.]]>
