<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational cohesiveness and work-life balance on employee productivity at CV. Kodoc Collection. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed, using a survey method for data collection. Sampling was conducted using a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique. The research instruments were adapted from previous studies and validated through AVE, Composite Reliability, and Cronbach’s Alpha analysis. The results indicate that organizational cohesiveness, including both social and task dimensions, has a positive but statistically insignificant effect on employee productivity (p-value = 0.103). Conversely, the work-life balance variable shows a positive and significant influence on productivity (p-value = 0.000), with the highest beta coefficient among the independent variables. These findings suggest that balancing work and personal life plays a crucial role in enhancing employee performance and effectiveness. The study recommends that company management prioritize policies and programs that support work-life balance as a strategic effort to sustainably improve employee productivity.]]>
