Abstract

Penelitian ini meninjau perencanaan dan optimasi Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikrohidro (PLTMH) di Indonesia, dengan fokus pada aspek teknis, ekonomi, dan sosial. Berdasarkan tinjauan literatur, perencanaan yang matang sangat penting untuk memastikan pemanfaatan potensi lokal secara optimal, mencakup pemilihan lokasi, debit, head, serta turbin yang sesuai. Optimasi teknologi, seperti sistem stabilisasi tegangan dan pintu air otomatis, terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi sistem. Namun, penerapan teknologi canggih seperti AI dan smart grid masih terbatas. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi gap dalam integrasi aspek sosial-ekonomi dan teknologi, serta menyarankan pengembangan model perencanaan yang lebih adaptif dan integrasi teknologi terbaru untuk meningkatkan keberlanjutan dan efisiensi PLTMH di masa depan.   This study reviews the planning and optimization of Micro-Hydro Power Plants (MHPP) in Indonesia, focusing on technical, economic, and social aspects. Based on the literature review, effective planning is crucial to ensure the optimal utilization of local resources, including site selection, flow rate, head, and appropriate turbine selection. Optimization technologies, such as voltage stabilization systems and automatic gate systems, have proven to enhance system efficiency. However, the application of advanced technologies like AI and smart grids remains limited. This study identifies gaps in the integration of socio-economic aspects and technology, and recommends the development of a more adaptive planning model and the integration of cutting-edge technologies to enhance the sustainability and efficiency of MHPPs in the future
