Financing is an important factor in the development of MSMEs from various business fields, services, and others. One of the popular financing is in great demand by the MSME community in Islamic banks, namely murabaha financing. This study aims to determine the effect of knowledge, ease of service, reputation footprint and level of product excellence on murabaha financing at Indonesian Sharia Banks in Pekanbaru City. The type of research used is quantitative research with a quantitative descriptive approach method. The population in the study amounted to 972 customers with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 3.0 M3. The results of the statistical analysis of hypothesis testing show that the variables of knowledge, ease of service and level of product excellence have a significant influence on murabahah financing at Indonesian Sharia Banks in Pekanbaru city. Meanwhile, the reputation trace variable does not have a significant effect on murabaha financing at Indonesian Sharia Banks in the city of Pekanbaru. The product superiority level variable is the most dominant variable affecting murabahah financing with an effect size value of 0.088. Furthermore, the resulting R-square value of 0.482 indicates that the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable has a value of 48.2%.Keywords:Â Knowledge, Ease of Service, Reputation Footprint, Level of Product Excellence, Murabahah Financing
