This research aims to analyze the influence of career information services in improving the career planning of class XII students at the Ibnu Katsir 4 Mojokerto Islamic Boarding School. This research uses a quantitative approach with a one-group pretest-posttest pre-experimental research design. The research subjects were all class XII students, using a purposive sampling technique. Data was collected using an instrument in the form of a validated career planning questionnaire. The data analysis technique uses a t test (paired sample t-test) to see significant differences between before and after providing career information services. The research results show that providing career information services in a systematic and structured manner has a significant effect on improving students' career planning. This can be seen from the increase in the average career planning score between the pretest and posttest. These findings indicate that career information services can be an effective intervention in helping students prepare their career plans carefully, so that they can support the achievement of educational goals and self-development in the future.
