Project-Based Learning (PjBL) is an approach that utilizes project activities as a medium in the learning process. In this method, students are actively involved in exploration, assessment, analysis, synthesis, and communication of information to produce various learning products. Based on initial observations and interviews with the fifth-grade teacher at SD Negeri Batuplat 2, Kupang, in May 2025, it was found that the instructional model used remains traditional, focusing on the teacher and dominated by lectures and individual assignments. Therefore, the use of an integrated project-based learning model is considered a relevant and context-appropriate choice. The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the implementation of this model in enhancing the collaborative skills and creativity of fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Batuplat 2, Kupang. This research applies a quantitative associative approach to observe the relationships among variables expressed in numerical form. A total of 30 students participated as respondents. The research findings show that the integrated project-based learning model has a positive and joint effect on improving students’ collaboration and creativity skills. This model provides relevant and meaningful learning experiences and motivates students to actively participate in the learning process
