<![CDATA[Basic education is an important foundation in shaping character and important skills in the 21st century, such as the ability to think creatively and collaborate. However, the results of initial observations in class III SDK Mother Theresa Kota Kupang showed that the majority of students were not active in learning activities, did not show creative ideas, and experienced obstacles in group work. This indicates the need for a more innovative and context-relevant learning approach. The purpose of this study is to develop a lesson plan (RPP) with a project-based learning approach as an effort to improve students' creativity and collaborative abilities in science subjects. At the elementary school level, learning is not only aimed at conveying knowledge, but also developing important 21st-century skills, such as creativity and collaboration. However, from the results of observations in class III SDK Mother Theresa Kota Kupang, it was found that student participation in learning was still low. The purpose of this study is to develop a lesson plan with a project-based learning model (PJBL) to support student creativity and collaboration. Problems faced include low active student involvement, lack of relationships between subjects, and weak student abilities in expressing opinions and working in groups. This study used a research and development (R&D) approach using the Addie model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, documentation, and pre- and post-tests to assess student learning outcomes. The results showed that the project-based lesson plan developed based on the analysis results can significantly improve student engagement, creativity, and collaboration.]]>
