This study aims to determine the effect of small games on student motivation in physical education learning for Class VIII SMP PUPUK KUJANG. This study uses an experimental method with a sample of 100 students, the effect of small games on student motivation in physical education learning. The research process includes an initial test (Pretest), Treatment (treatment) using the play method, and a final test (posttest). The sampling technique used in this study is probability sampling. The form of research design uses Pre-experimental with one-group pretest-posttest design. The results of this study are the average before treatment and after treatment experienced a significant increase, namely Mean pretest = 136.88 with mean posttest = 148.64. experienced a significant increase of 1.86. After conducting a normality test, the results showed that the pretest and posttest data were normally distributed with a value above <0.05. The results of the study indicate the influence of the use of small games to increase student motivation in learning Physical Education, therefore in line with the title of the influence of small games on the motivation of class VIII students of SMP PUPUK KUJANG, the results of the study are that small games have an effect on increasing the motivation of class VIII students of SMP Pupuk Kujang.
