Education plays a key role in shaping quality human resources. In Indonesian language learning, media and learning resources have a significant role in increasing students' learning independence. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with a literature research approach. The results show that the use of interactive media such as audio-visual is able to motivate students to learn independently. Various learning resources, such as books, e-books (online materials), and multimedia materials can also contribute to increasing students' learning independence.
