This study aims to develop and implement a web-based employee attendance system at Suka Damai Village Office by utilizing the Haversine Formula Algorithm and Global Positioning System (GPS) as a replacement for the manual attendance system. The system is designed to verify employees' attendance in real-time based on a predetermined location radius while minimizing potential fraud. The research employs a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and literature review. The findings indicate that the Haversine Formula Algorithm can accurately calculate the distance between two coordinate points, with a difference of only 2 meters compared to Google Maps, which is still scientifically acceptable. The implementation of this system also simplifies attendance data recapitulation, enhances transparency, and improves efficiency in monitoring employee attendance. The developed web-based attendance system is expected to provide an effective solution for employee attendance management in village government environments, particularly in terms of automation, speed, and data accuracy.
