Pertumbuhan sektor properti maupun real estate telah menjadikannya sebagai pilar penting dalam mendukung laju pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Penelitian dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh Dynamic Capability dan Transformational Leadership terhadap Business Resilience dengan Readiness to Change sebagai variabel mediasi. Penelitian dilakukan pada beberapa perusahaan properti maupun real estate di wilayah Jabodetabek dengan melibatkan 223 responden yang sebagian besar merupakan perempuan, berada pada posisi manajerial, dan bekerja di lokasi strategis seperti Jakarta. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan teknik analisis PLS-SEM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Transformational Leadership berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Business Resilience, baik secara langsung maupun melalui mediasi Readiness to Change. Sementara itu, Dynamic Capability memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap Business Resilience secara langsung, namun tidak menunjukkan pengaruh tidak langsung yang signifikan melalui Readiness to Change. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya peran kepemimpinan transformasional dalam membentuk kesiapan organisasi menghadapi perubahan dan memperkuat ketahanan bisnis. Implikasi hasil penelitian memberikan insight bahwa perusahaan perlu mendorong gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan secara aktif membangun kapabilitas dinamis untuk meningkatkan daya tahan terhadap perubahan pasar dan krisis di masa depan. The growth of the property and real estate sector has made it an important pillar in supporting the pace of national economic development. The study was conducted to examine how Dynamic Capability and Transformational Leadership influence Business Resilience with Readiness to Change as a mediating variable. The study was conducted in several property and real estate companies in the Jabodetabek area involving 223 respondents, most of whom were women, in managerial positions, and working in strategic locations such as Jakarta. The method used was a quantitative method and used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis technique. The results of the study showed that Transformational Leadership had a significant effect on Business Resilience, both directly and through the mediation of Readiness to Change. Meanwhile, Dynamic Capability had a significant effect on Business Resilience directly, but did not show a significant indirect effect through Readiness to Change. This finding confirms the importance of the role of transformational leadership in shaping organizational readiness to face change and strengthening business resilience. The implications of the research results provide insight that companies need to encourage a transformational leadership style and actively build dynamic capabilities to increase resilience to market changes and future crises.
