The management of Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah (ZIS) at BAZNAS West Java plays a crucial role in empowering the economy of the community. This study aims to analyze the strategies for managing ZIS at BAZNAS West Java, focusing on aspects of collection, distribution, and reporting of ZIS. The research method used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and secondary data analysis. The findings indicate that BAZNAS West Java has successfully developed a collection strategy involving various sectors, such as corporations and individuals. However, challenges remain in the distribution process, which is not yet fully equitable, and in reporting, which requires improvement in transparency and accountability. Despite some progress, there is a need to strengthen the distribution and reporting system to improve the effectiveness of ZIS management. The contribution of this research provides insight for ZIS managers in designing policies that are more efficient and beneficial to the community, as well as a reference for further research in the field of ZIS management.
