The implementation of UMKM coaching in Warung Dhea has problems in the field of HR, namely ineffective human resource management. While in the financial sector, bookkeeping has not been carried out with detailed transactions. So the author provides training by teaching human resource management and training for simple bookkeeping. So that it can improve employee performance and provide simple bookkeeping training. With this program, it is expected to be able to increase the understanding of business owners regarding the importance of recording or bookkeeping in every transaction that occurs and improve effective human resource management
