Abstrak: Tantangan elektrifikasi kendaraan menuntut kesiapan tenaga kerja terampil di bidang tersebut. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa SMKN 4 Bandung dalam konversi sepeda konvensional menjadi sepeda listrik. Metode yang digunakan meliputi sosialisasi, pelatihan, dan praktikum, diikuti oleh 20 siswa kelas XI. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-post test sebanyak 5 soal dan 7 buah pernyataan untuk kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Hasil menunjukkan 87% siswa menjawab benar dalam post test, mencerminkan peningkatan pemahaman terhadap sistem konversi, khususnya komponen penggerak dan fungsi throttle. Sebanyak 99,29% peserta menyatakan puas terhadap pelatihan, meskipun terdapat masukan mengenai waktu pelaksanaan. Pelatihan ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan teknis dan relevansi pemahaman siswa terhadap energi terbarukan, serta layak untuk dilanjutkan pada kegiatan serupa di masa depan.Abstract: The challenge of vehicle electrification requires skilled human resources. This community service program aimed to enhance students’ knowledge and skills in converting conventional bicycles into electric bikes at SMKN 4 Bandung. The program involved 20 eleventh-grade students and used methods such as socialization, training, and hands-on workshops. Evaluation was conducted through pre- and post-testsof 5 questions and 7 questions for the satisfaction surveys. Results showed that 87% of students answered correctly in the post-test, indicating improved understanding of conversion systems, especially the drive components and throttle functions. A total of 99.29% of participants expressed satisfaction, although some suggested time management improvements. Overall, the training effectively increased students’ technical competencies and awareness of renewable energy and is recommended for future implementation.
