The purpose of this research is to improve the fluent reading ability of students at SDI Berstrati Oebobo 2 Kupang, by using Power Point media. This type of research is a classroom action research with four stages, namely: planning, implementation, test observation and reflection with the subject of this research is grade III students totaling 23 people consisting of 11 male students and 12 female students. Data collection was carried out by observation and test techniques. The data obtained will be processed and further analyzed using qualitative descriptive analyst techniques in the form of Class Action Research. The results of the research in the pre-cycle showed that 10 students who completed with a percentage of 43.47%, while those who did not complete 13 students with a percentage of 56.52%. Then actions were carried out in cycles I and II. The results of the study showed that of the 23 students who completed the first cycle, 14 people (60.86%). Meanwhile, 9 students (39.13%) did not complete. Meanwhile, in the second cycle of 23 students who completed there were 20 students (86.95%). Meanwhile, only 3 students (13.04%) did not complete. The data from the research on the use of Power Point media to improve fluent reading skills is said to be successful because it has achieved the specified completeness criteria.
