<![CDATA[Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat apakah terdapat pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan dan inovasi terhadap keberhasilan UMKM F&B di Kota Depok. UMKM di sektor F&B memainkan peran penting dalam perekonomian, tidak hanya menyediakan lapangan kerja tetapi juga mendorong pertumbuhan dan inovasi ekonomi lokal. Namun, banyak UMKM menghadapi kesulitan untuk mencapai keberhasilan yang berkelanjutan. Oleh karena itu, sangat penting untuk memiliki pemahaman yang mendalam tentang komponen yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan UMKM. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Untuk memastikan bahwa sampel yang diambil relevan dengan fokus penelitian, data dikumpulkan melalui survei yang melibatkan 100 responden dari populasi UMKM F&B di wilayah Depok. Data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS 4.1.0.8. The aim of this research is to see whether there is an influence of entrepreneurial orientation and innovation on the success of F&B MSMEs in Depok City. MSMEs in the F&B sector play an important role in the economy, not only providing employment but also encouraging local economic growth and innovation. However, many MSMEs face difficulties in achieving sustainable success. Therefore, it is very important to have a deep understanding of the components that influence the success of MSMEs. This research uses a quantitative approach.
