<![CDATA[The establishment of IKATRADA (Bali Land Transportation Polytechnic Alumni Association) in 2025 is a strategic step in establishing synergy between alumni and strengthening contributions to the progress of national land transportation. This forum is present as a response to the need for a solid, active, and effective alumni network. This study aims to describe the background, implementation methods, results of the formation of the organization, and the strategic role of IKATRADA in national development. Through a participatory approach and cross-generation deliberation, IKATRADA was formed with a clear organizational structure, a strong national vision, and program orientation that is beneficial to the alma mater and the national transportation sector. It is hoped that IKATRADA can be a pioneer in strengthening transportation human resources and bridging synergies between the world of education, government, and society.]]>
