<![CDATA[Pulpectomy is one of the pulp treatments that can be performed by removing infected tissue in teeth diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis or necrosis. Root canal preparation in primary teeth can be performed using endodontic files, either manually rotated or using a rotary system. In modern paediatric dentistry, the XP-endo® Shaper tool has been developed as a revolutionary endo-dontic file designed to perform asymmetric rotational movements, enabling good adaptation to the root canal and featuring a more efficient reinforcing tip for cleaning and shaping the root canal. This literature review demonstrates the effectiveness of the XP-endo® Shaper in primary tooth root canal treatment. It is concluded that the use of the XP-endo® Shaper in pulpectomy treat-ment yields faster and better results.]]>
