Bullying is a problem that often occurs in the school environment and has a negative impact on students' psychological development. This anti-bullying seminar and socialization is an anticipatory step in suppressing various bullying incidents that occur in the educational environment, especially at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Japura Lor. This activity aims to increase awareness of students, teachers and parents regarding the dangers of bullying and steps to prevent it. The method used is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) which involves all school components and the surrounding community in the development process. Based on the results of the questionnaire evaluation on 32 students, the majority of students at the level of understanding (47%), quite understanding (25%) and very understanding (22%) so it can be understood that they have a good understanding of preventing bullying. Apart from that, the results of interviews with students and homeroom teachers showed that the socialization seminar on bullying prevention was effective in increasing students' understanding of bullying. Students feel more aware of the impact of bullying, whether physical or verbal, and they show a more sensitive attitude towards the feelings of their friends. The result of this community service is that anti-bullying seminars and outreach have succeeded in empowering the school community, including teachers, students and parents, in understanding and preventing bullying.ABSTRAKBullying merupakan permasalahan yang sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah dan berdampak negatif terhadap perkembangan psikologis siswa. Seminar dan sosialisasi anti bullying ini merupakan langkah antisipatif dalam menekan berbagai kejadian bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan pendidikan khususnya di Madrasah Tsanawiyah Nurul Huda Japura Lor . Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran siswa, guru dan orang tua mengenai bahaya bullying dan langkah pencegahannya. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) yang melibatkan seluruh komponen sekolah dan masyarakat sekitar dalam proses pengembangan. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi kuesioner pada 32 siswa, bahwa mayoritas siswa pada tingkat paham (47%), cukup paham (25%) dan sangat paham (22%) sehingga dapat dipahami bahwa mereka memiliki pemahaman yang baik mengenai pencegahan tindakan bullying. Selain itu hasil wawancara dengan siswa dan wali kelas bahwa dengan adanya seminar sosialisasi pencegahan bullying efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang bullying. Siswa merasa lebih sadar akan dampak dari bullying, baik itu berupa fisik maupun verbal, dan mereka menunjukkan sikap yang lebih peka terhadap perasaan teman-teman mereka. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat ini bahwa seminar dan sosialisasi anti bullying berhasil memberdayakan masyarakat sekolah, termasuk guru, siswa, dan orang tua, dalam memahami dan mencegah bullying.
