<![CDATA[The density of the number of various cases of critical and emergency patients makes it a major problem in the emergency room, making the workload of officers increase. The emergency electronic system is also a pro/con for medical personnel in the emergency room. Some have negative and positive impacts. Its positive benefits include helping to facilitate complete patient records, improving reporting, reducing data entry errors. The purpose of this literature review was to see the impact of Emergency Electronic Handling Systems in Emergency Installations. The method used in this study is Scoping Review and is carried out systematically based on PRISMA. The determination of article search keywords using the keywords used is "Emergency", AND, "Electronic", AND, "System". The article search process is carried out on several databases, namely ProQuest, EBSCO, and Science Direct. The inclusion criteria are research articles for 2012-2022, using English, full text, in the form of articles. A total of 12 articles that met the inclusion criteria were synthesized in this study. The articles were then reviewed. Mobile health apps (MHAs) in Emergency Installations have a number of positive and negative impacts. As well as potentially significantly improving health care by providing accessible, effective, cost-effective, and measurable health interventions and information that can improve disease screening, diagnosis, prevention, and treatment.]]>
