Peran Kompetensi Guru Dalam Implementasi Pembelajaran Berdiferensiasi di Sekolah Dasar

Abstract

Abstract : Differentiated learning allows teachers to tailor instructional strategies to meet students’ needs. Its success heavily depends on teachers’ pedagogical and professional competence. However, many teachers face challenges in its implementation, such as limited understanding of differentiation strategies and time constraints. This study employs a literature review method by analyzing various journals on the role of teacher competence in implementing differentiated learning in elementary schools. The findings indicate that school support and teacher training are key factors in successful implementation, while resource limitations and lack of parental understanding remain challenges. Therefore, continuous teacher training is essential to ensure effective implementation of differentiated learning. Keyword : Teacher Competence, Learning Implementation, Differentiated Learning. Abstrak : Pembelajaran berdiferensiasi merupakan pendekatan yang memungkinkan guru menyesuaikan strategi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik. Keberhasilannya sangat bergantung pada kompetensi guru, baik secara pedagogik maupun profesional. Namun, banyak guru masih menghadapi kendala dalam penerapannya, seperti kurangnya pemahaman strategi diferensiasi dan keterbatasan waktu. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi literatur dengan menganalisis berbagai jurnal terkait peran kompetensi guru dalam implementasi pembelajaran berdiferensiasi di sekolah dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan sekolah dan pelatihan guru menjadi faktor utama dalam keberhasilan strategi ini, sementara keterbatasan sumber daya dan minimnya pemahaman orang tua menjadi tantangan yang perlu diatasi. Oleh karena itu, peningkatan kompetensi guru melalui pelatihan berkelanjutan diperlukan agar pembelajaran berdiferensiasi dapat diterapkan secara optimal.
